Mini-Bar Attendant

Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay, while servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and / or hotel and sustainability standards.

Essential Functions

• Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.
• Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis.
• Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition. If repairs are needed, inform the Engineering Staff.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
• Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items in order to complete rounds.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
