Job Requisition : REQ3955 Employment Type : Per Diem Shift : Rotating Hours Per Week : As scheduled

Hiring Range : $18.39-$24.59

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities :

  • Aids with movement and placement of patients.
  • Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records.
  • Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment. Ability to register and function dually as a unit coordinator is also a requirement of the job.

Education :

  • High school diploma / GED required or minimum of three (3) years experience required
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English
