Shopbop is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join the Brand Marketing team to deliver strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and partnerships within the fashion sector.

This role will work closely with Shopbop senior management, business leaders across Amazon, and external brand partners to develop unique Shopbop-first partnership opportunities, lead activation strategy and alignment, and drive opportunity in growth sectors.

This role will define Shopbop’s business development strategy and drive alignment and support across business teams. It will also define and execute on strategies that include category expansion (e.

g., Sports), in-person events and activations, and innovative partnerships. You will be part of a team that is responsible for increasing Shopbop brand awareness, generating, managing, and executing Shopbop’s most complex and high-impact initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about the Shopbop brand and the fashion space
  • Analytical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in sports partnership space

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
