- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and maintain telemetry equipment.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in patient assessments, administer medications, and document medical records accurately.- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, following hospital policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support regarding treatment and care plans.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in dynamic clinical situations.- Adhere to nursing standards of practice and maintain comprehensive patient care standards.
