Floating : Must float to ICU if needed
Guarantee : 36 hours per week

Job Description :
This Registered Nurse position requires providing high-quality care in a Med / Surg unit with the flexibility to float to the ICU when needed.
The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for Med / Surg patients and float to the ICU for more acute patient needs.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for documenting care and managing patient data.
- Read vital signs, administer injections, and provide vaccinations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent Med / Surg experience (required).
Travel Experience : Highly preferred.
Education : BSN (preferred).
