Overview

Purpose and scope of position : Plans and schedules production related activities at the cell therapy manufacturing facility. Provides manufacturing operations with a plan that maximizes efficiency, resources, and capacity. Achieves on time delivery within budget. May work on projects / matters of limited complexity in a support role.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and schedules production schedules to meet product demand at the site.
  • Plan and schedule all associated production and support activities including intermediates, product shipment, facility and equipment maintenance.
  • Work with Document Control to ensure all documents (e.g., batch records and packaging records) are ready for Manufacturing.
  • Build strong relationships and communication with all functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and support strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have basic knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
  • Operate independently to meet objectives; proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Qualifications

  • Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of high school diploma and / or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience : 0-3 years preferred; 1+ years of scheduling experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment desired. Experience in scheduling cell therapy manufacturing preferred. Experience in material planning and / or finite scheduling in a medium to high volume environment; knowledge of scheduling platforms preferred.

    Wednesday–Saturday, 11 : 00 am – 9 : 00 pm (local time).

    Compensation

    Woodinville, WA – USD 33.67–40.80 per hour. Starting compensation range for full-time employees; additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final compensation determined based on experience.
