We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep and functionality of our residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain facility operations, including repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Address potential safety hazards and conduct preventive maintenance to prevent future issues.
• Work with various plant equipment (tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, piping).
• Perform daily inspections, scheduling repairs, and maintaining inventory.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and work independently.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety policies.
• Ability to multitask, follow procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills; mathematical skills are a plus.

Schedule :

1st shift : M-F, 6 : 00 A.M - 2 : 30 P.M

Benefits :

• Pay ranges up to $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Eligibility for hire after 640 hours based on performance and attendance.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance through Crown Staffing after 30 days.
• Vacation pay and holiday pay after 1,500 consecutive hours.
• Quarterly company bonus program and opportunities for overtime.
