Position Overview :
Our client is seeking an experienced and bilingual (English / Spanish) Vice President Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry. This role will focus on developing and executing human resources strategies that align with the overall business objectives, driving organizational development, and fostering career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s business goals.
- Guide leadership development and succession planning efforts to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
- Oversee performance management processes, including the establishment of performance standards, conducting evaluations, and managing feedback.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adaptation within the organization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all human capital matters, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Banking Industry Experience (required)
- Proven track record in organizational development, strategic planning, and career growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on leadership roles and strategic HR management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior management and executives
