Position Summary
Quest Food Management Services is seeking an experienced, hardworking and dedicated Bartender with solid experience. Our bar is the face of our business, the point of interaction most of the customers have with our brand.
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hospitable and efficiently. Must have beverage, wine, beer and cocktail knowledge and expertise and ability to work quickly, efficiently and under pressure.
Bartender Responsibilities :
- Reports to scheduled shifts on time and in complete uniform.
- Greets courteously all customers who walk through our doors.
- Provides efficient, friendly and prompt service to the customers and patrons of the building’s tenant businesses.
- Informs manager of need for change in a timely manner.
- Presents, explains and answers questions about the drink menu.
Bartender Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a cash handling position.
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic as well as to understand measurements and conversions.
- Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Handler certification).
- Basset certification.
