At DaVita, we are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our outpatient dialysis center in Erie, Pennsylvania. With immediate start opportunities and paid training, you can begin your journey in nephrology and make a significant impact on patients' lives.

What You'll Do

Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines in a fast-paced environment.
Float to various clinics during and after training to gain diverse experience.

What You'll Bring

Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school required; B.S.N or diploma may be substituted.

No dialysis experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary, Shifts & Location

Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience. This role is based in Erie, Pennsylvania, with flexible shift patterns available.
