Job Summary :

As a Medical Assistant at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' wellness journeys through safe and effective cryotherapy treatments and personalized care.

You will have the opportunity to assist healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional services, ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience for every client.

Additionally, you will interact directly with clients, providing education on cryotherapy procedures and post-treatment care.

By delivering compassionate care and maintaining high standards of service, you will contribute to our mission of promoting natural healing and enhancing overall well-being.

This position will be part-time, paying $15.00 - $18.00 per hour with commission and working 25-35 hours per week Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and check in clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Assist clients with completing intake forms and gathering necessary information for treatments.
  • Monitor clients during cryotherapy sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist healthcare providers in delivering cryotherapy and wellness treatments.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is properly set up.
  • Educate clients on treatment procedures and post-treatment care.
  • Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each use, maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered at the spa.
  • Schedule client appointments and follow up on missed appointments or rescheduling requests.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new treatments, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new clients and enhance business growth.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive work culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical or spa setting.
  • Knowledge of cryotherapy or willingness to learn about cryotherapy procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of care.
  • CPR certification (preferred).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred. Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical or spa setting.
