Duties and responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include :
- Coaching, training and mentoring employees
- Ensuring production goals are being met
- Ensuring safety on the plant floor
- Ensuring quality of product
- Developing and maintaining SOP
- Planning operations and preparing schedules
Requirements for the Production Supervisor position include :
- Previous non-union supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in a CNC or machining facility
- Ability to work 2nd shift (4pm-12 : 30pm)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on
