Manager Clinical Nurse -ICU

Recruiting Firm Riderflex has been hired by our client, Knightingale Health Services, LLC , in their search for a Manager Clinical Nurse -ICU.

Company : Knightingale Health Services, LLC Industry : Healthcare Title : Manager Clinical Nurse -ICU Location : Coos Bay, OR Type : W-2 Full-Time Salary Range : $105,000 to $140,000 (Pay is dependent on Licensing and Experience.

Position Summary : Responsible for daily and overall operation of assigned units, including staff performance, patient care processes and outcomes, patient / family satisfaction, and prudent resource management.

Primary Responsibilities : Able to read, write legibly, and converse effectively in the English language. Strong nursing knowledge and skills in clinical area(s) of responsibility.

Exercises good judgment and demonstrates effective critical thinking skills. Flexible and able to prioritize and address multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Works effectively under stress and frequently changing job requirements / situations. Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.

Requirements : Education- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or related field or complete within two years. Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.

Experience- Five years of experience in acute care hospital in the past 10 years. Two years of managerial or leadership experience in the past 5 years.

Certification Requirements- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS). Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
