What you will do
The Sr. Manager of Store Operations & Financial Services’ Support for the front end is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing strategy, building relationships, and delivering Financial Services’ by means of influence and education while improving performance.
As a strategic thinker, this role demands a unique blend of analytical expertise, operational acumen, and team leadership to identify underlying factors affecting key performance indicators (KPIs) across various BU’s, Regions, Markets and stores.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a strategic partner to various business units, including Financial Services, AML Compliance, AP, and Global Investigations, to develop cohesive strategies that address critical operational challenges and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Field Operations Collaboration : Lead discussions around Financial Services’ goals, bottom performance focus areas, provide performance metrics and guidance / direction on AML compliance and processes.
- Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation : Lead deep-dive analyses into operational data to uncover root causes of performance variances (e.
g., Why has there been a drop in X metric in X region? ).
- Team Leadership & Development : Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Performance Improvement Initiatives : Initiate and oversee the execution of strategic projects aimed at optimizing operations.
Employ advanced analytical techniques and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all operational facets.
Data-Driven Culture Champion : Advocate for and implement a data-informed approach to decision-making throughout the organization.
Ensure the accessibility and intelligibility of operational data and insights for stakeholders at all levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
