Senior Program Manager Responsibilities :
Communicate directly with event stakeholders to maintain relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Develop, manage, and execute communication plans for assigned events.
Create and present overall budgets for events, maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Organize programs to meet event specifications, including budgeting, site selection, and contract negotiations.
Oversee event delivery strategies to align with business objectives and core values.
Lead weekly calls with clients and event management teams to maintain event timelines.
Senior Program Manager Qualifications :
Minimum of ten years of senior event planning experience with increasing responsibility.
Superb project management skills, initiative, and creativity.
Strategic marketing and events leadership experience.
Demonstrated success in managing high-budget events with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
Experienced senior advisor capable of gaining the trust of key stakeholders / clients.
