xMEMS is reinventing consumer audio experiences for earbuds, headphones, AV / VR and medical hearing aids. We design and develop the world’s first speaker-on-a-chip that is transforming the quality and fidelity of the music and media that we listen to everyday.

This position will be in our HQ office in Santa Clara, CA.

The Role :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and play a key role in visually communicating the power and potential of our products to create enhanced consumer experiences.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality still graphics and videos that capture attention, inform audiences, and drive demand for our offerings.

Responsibilities :

Operating in a start-up, high-growth, high-intensity environment, this will include :

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to understand product features, target applications, and brand messaging.
• Develop creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials, including :
• Product explainer videos and animations
• Social media graphics and infographics
• Website banners and landing page visuals
• Trade show presentations and booth design elements
• Print collateral (e.g., brochures, white papers)
• Product images
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various digital platforms and print media.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software in the field.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage visual content to enhance marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in still and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity
• Passion for consumer technology.
• Portfolio of work.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience creating user interfaces (UI) for explainer videos or interactive graphics.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software.
• Familiarity with marketing best practices and content marketing strategies.
