Job Description :
- Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill newborns in a Level III or IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Perform continuous monitoring and assessment of neonatal patients, ensuring proper care and intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed, observing for any adverse reactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting all actions and observations.
- Educate and support families, offering guidance and emotional support throughout the care process.
- Participate in unit-specific training and orientation programs, totaling 72.80 hours.
- Adapt to high-pressure environments and ensure the highest standards of neonatal care.
- Demonstrate compassionate and professional patient care consistently.
