About the Role : As a Registered Nurse , you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients in their homes.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Patient Care : Develop and manage individualized care plans, assess patient progress, and offer compassionate support to patients and their families.
- Coordination : Ensure seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers, coordinating home health services for the best care outcomes.
- Self-Care Education : Empower patients and families with self-care strategies to enhance independence and overall well-being. Qualifications :
- Licensing :
- Licensing :
- Valid RN License from the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
- Valid Nevada Driver's License .
- Certifications :
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification .
- Ability to obtain a TB clearance health card (meets federal / state requirements).
- Experience :
- Prior home health experience is preferred, but not required.
- Education :
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school program.
