Job Summary
The PMO is responsible for executing and managing delivery of projects in support of Canteen Pacific Division operations, including planning, establishing, and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices;
ensuring that projects are executed efficiently; and managing stakeholders across division regions and corporate partner groups.
In addition to directly managing individual projects from inception to completion, this person will set a portfolio roadmap with quantifiable goals, manage portfolio risk, and create data-rich reporting dashboards.
The role reports directly to the Division President.
We are seeking a candidate with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to be detail-oriented while staying focused on the long term, big picture goals, and to make trade-offs and prioritize as new information is received.
Deep listening skills and an operational skill set will be key, as will the ability to form strong relationships with the field team.
Key responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities where divisional program management can provide the best benefit to the organization. Example areas of focus include improving worker safety, quality control, defect reduction, cost improvements, warehouse ops and route efficiencies, pricing, tech deployments, equipment conversions, associate learning and development programs, and loss prevention.
- Provide expertise in project management, KPI creation and tracking, coordination across sectors, regions, and other partners.
- Act as a service provider to operators across the division, providing the right balance of flexibility and structure in support of our growth and operational excellence.
- Develop SOPs, reporting tools, and other mechanisms to ensure ongoing adherence to program outcomes.
Desired qualifications :
- Bachelor degree
- Technical expertise in foodservice operations
- PMP certification
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Technical expertise in data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting
- Leadership in data analysis, recommendation formulation
- Ability and willingness to travel across the division (WA, OR, CA) up to 75% of time
