Piloté par Adriana (Head Of Product), tu évoluerais au sein de l’équipe produit composée de 4 product manager (Hugo, Maxime, Audrey et Aurélie), de deux designer (Mélanie et Guillaume) ainsi qu’un product design lead (Sébastien).
Le poste
Au poste de Product manager, tu auras pour rôle de superviser l’ensemble du cycle de vie de ton produit.
Tu es pilote du développement et la gestion de ton produit, et dois veiller à ce qu'il réponde aux besoins des clients et aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
Tu auras pour mission de :
- Décliner la stratégie produit et la vision de l’ensemble des produits opérationnellement
- Piloter la priorisation et la construction de la roadmap en tenant compte des feedbacks utilisateurs et les objectifs business
- Mener des études et des analyses de marché pour identifier les besoins des clients, les tendances du marché et le paysage concurrentiel.
- Surveiller et analyser les performances des produits, les réactions des utilisateurs et les tendances du marché afin d'identifier les possibilités d'amélioration et de croissance.
- Designer l’expérience utilisateur, et créer les interfaces produit, en collaboration avec les équipes UX / UI
- Mettre en place, piloter les rapports des outils analytics, analyser les indicateurs de performance
- Construire & maintenir le backlog Produit
- Faciliter et suivre le delivery : rédaction d’EPIC ou d’Users Stories, suivi de développement, maintien du niveau de qualité du produit, amélioration continue
- Assurer le RUN : suivi de tickets de bug, participation aux rituels,
- Donner de la visibilité sur le développement de ton Produit en interagissant régulièrement avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes
