Data Conversion Lead
Might need to trave for important meeting in Tampa, FL
Create and maintain the data map between legacy systems and Workday
Identify and resolve data quality issues in the legacy system
Manage a team to resolve data quality issues between loads to ensure a consistently improving data conversion process
Communicate data conversion requirements and changes to impacted workstreams (e.g., functional lead, integrations lead)
Develop / manage the data extract or data conversion tools to obtain and transform the legacy data and deliver it in the format required
Transform legacy data into client data gathering workbooks
Transform legacy data required for use of the parallel tool
Provide data gathering workbooks to client data conversion team via agreed secure transfer method
Document data transformation requirements
Possess deep knowledge of the various data elements, data sources, systems, and conversion resources
Team with client`s counterpart to document workstream status weekly in PES
Provide status updates in the weekly Project team status meeting
