Description
Responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives within the healthcare industry by prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities to new and existing Agiliti customers.
PRIMARY Objectives AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting healthcare facilities for opportunities with new and existing customers resulting in increased revenue.
- Participating in the development and execution of assigned regional sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Identifying and targeting prospective customers through outbound tele-sales (cold calling)
- Working with regional sales management and field sales and marketing to identify and develop strategies which support new and / or existing sales opportunities.
- Participating in marketing campaigns and industry trade show follow ups to uncover new opportunities.
- Participating in sales enablement strategies to measure customer feedback and equip field sales teams with customer intelligence.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales, outbound call activity and lead generation goals on a consistent basis.
- Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage campaigns, customers, and opportunities.
- Developing customer, product and service knowledge while performing selling activities
- Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor / manager and sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree is preferred, but equivalent professional work experience with a proven track record of success is acceptable.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience.
- Proven track record of new business generation resulting in increased revenue.
- Health care industry knowledge preferred.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Computer skills : Entire MS Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, business development, and field teams.
- Ability to cold call, prospect, generate leads, and increase revenue.
