Job Summary : *
A registered nurse administers one-on-one skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis to patients in their place of residence.
Care is administered in accordance with physician orders, insurance authorization and a plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Home Health Nurse Qualifications : *
- An active license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one (1) years nursing experience (preferred)
- Prior home care experience (preferred).
- Valid driver license and a car.
