Board Certified Behavioral Analyst- Hybrid

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Flatrock Family!!

This is a full-time position with homes across Genesee County.  This role follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and remote work on Mondays and Fridays $5,000 sign-on bonus after the successful completion of your 90 days!!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.  Flatrock's Mission is to provide a sanctuary to everyone so that they can live fully, achieve their dreams and change the world!!

Requirements :
