Energetic and positive customer service representative needed for our growing independent insurance agency. Position will be responsible for answering calls, taking down info, entering info, handling reports, following up with clients and being the bright and shining voice of the agency when someone calls in.
Prior insurance experience is not necessary but a plus. Position can lead to an opportunity to become a fully licensed insurance agent.
We would love to find someone who possesses the natural ability to bond with different personalities and is pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Must have good work ethics, dependable, willing to constantly learn new things, and work well with a team.
Requirements :
- Enjoy talking on the phone.
- Ability to build trust and maintain business relationship with customers.
- Prioritize tasks by importance.
- People-oriented, outgoing and genuinely enjoy working with clients.
- Ability to organize your day in an efficient manner.
- Property & Casualty license ( will have the opportunity to obtain).
Responsibilities :
- Answering incoming calls.
- Obtaining information needed for a quote.
- Entering information into the system
- following up on assigned tasks and document requirements
Compensation is salary but also offers commission and bonuses opportunities beyond base.
