The home base for this position is our Huntersville, NC facility. • Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM\n
• Full-time, salaried position\n
• Mileage reimbursement\n\nRegistered Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver hospice and palliative care to patients in their homes\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans\n
• Educate patients and families on care processes and symptom management\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation\n\nRequirements\n\nRegistered Nurse Requirements\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN strongly preferred)\n
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license\n
• Active CPR certification\n
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
