Position Summary :
We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Digital Project Manager qualified and eager to execute digital strategies and campaigns by working collaboratively with teams and subject matter experts to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage projects and retainers across all channels.
Project Management is a key part of the Bold Orange. By supporting key efforts for a variety of clients, they have a direct impact on the success of client relationships and project deliverables.
The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where there is high level strategic thinking, a client service focus, a culture of affirmation, and the desire to support and lead with strong project management skills on a wide variety of accounts.
Position Duties and Responsibilities :
- Full project ownership and implementation from initiation to delivery for multiple simultaneous digital initiatives such as website development, landing pages, email marketing, technical implementation, etc.
- Define scope, build, and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project
- Create and drive project plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met
- Foster the Bold Orange culture, and guide the team to apply Bold Orange principles in their work
- Conduct status meetings and scrums internally and with clients regarding project deliverables and requirements
- Continuously find ways to optimize workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team's effectiveness
- Inform, support, collaborate and motivate team members to meet project goals and milestones
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum of four years of agency project management experience that includes diverse digital deliverables
- Previous experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include : overall customer experience strategy, email marketing, web design and development, content management, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, detail oriented, hard-working, proactive, hands-on demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability and desire to work directly with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment that will require you to re-prioritize and creatively problem solve through change often
- Continued professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
