IT Advisor, Technology Consulting - Data & Analytics (Predictive & Prescriptive) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1509869), Ernst & Young LLP, New York, NY.

Assist clients to grow, improve, protect and innovate their businesses. Apply analytic insight, enterprise planning and world-class monitoring to help businesses achieve their objectives faster.

Use enterprise intelligence to help clients enhance their enterprise IQ by enabling them to manage performance, risk and quality drivers at a process level.

Use advanced analytics and predictive modeling to help clients make better decisions. Identify business needs, making assessments through process based diagnostic analytics, solution analytics, and enterprise analytics.

Review reports and document findings to present to the team to help prepare recommendations for the client. Collaborate with team members to plan the engagement and develop work programs, timelines, benefits management and other planning documents.

Use Analytics to gather and organize information to deliver business insight, improve business performance, and mitigate risks.

Analyze data gathered using Enterprise Intelligence (EI) as a key enabler, and integrate analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions according to clients’ organizational policies and IT environment.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 5 years post-bachelor's progressive experience;

OR a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 4 years of related experience.

Must have 4 years of combined experience in two or more of the following analytics tools : ACL, Tableau, Spotfire, Microsoft SQL Server, SPSS, SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, Trillium, Data Stage, or a similar tool.

Must have 2 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, monitor risks of business processes, and apply analytic technologies to deliver value to the business.

Must have 2 years of experience with ETL processes.

Must have 2 years of analytics engagement leadership experience including : managing staff, providing regular status updates, and monitoring project economics.

Must have 2 years of experience providing hands-on technical expertise and managing client relationships within the context of the role.

Travel required up to 80%, of which 10% may be international to meet client needs.
