This position is responsible for assisting in the supervision and the administration of the food and beverage activities at outlets as assigned at the Hershey Lodge.

Job Duties

• Monitor and support guest service and hospitality standards proactively. Ensure the correct service techniques are consistently demonstrated by all staff.
• Control reservations and seating of the restaurant to ensure service standards are maintained (where applicable), as well as the use of the reservation system.
• Coordinate food and beverage training, including regular reviews and updates of standards. Train, coach, motivate, and support staff. Cross train and support other F&B outlets as needed.
• Control wage and supply costs within budget. Ensure proper cash control procedures are followed daily.
• Complete inventories as needed or scheduled. Order and maintain par levels of product inventory.
• Ensure the work and service areas are clean and organized. Maintain all safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Report and follow up on maintenance needs using the work order system. Coordinate with support departments as needed.
• Understand all F&B items offered (including ingredients, allergens, methods of preparation, and proper service).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
