We are looking for product leaders at Western Union who are customer-centric, growth leaders and can influence the product and organization to grow the current product portfolio and build new portfolios catering for our customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Owning end to product P&L including product ideation, conceptualization, business case, development, monetization and commercialization.
- Work with Western Union leadership, cross functional leaders and regional leaders for products
- Lead product roadmap, strategy for near term and long term and drive a three-year roadmap and alignment with marketing, business, technology, portfolio and program management
- Inculcate a data driven product management and manage product KPIs across the entire customer engagement journey
- Own all communications, messaging and reviews for the products such as monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
- Define and build the best practices in product management and product development
- Showcase ownership and deliver based on the organization's goals
- Mentor, coach and grow the teams
- Build trust and influence across teams, stakeholders and the organization
Role Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consumer facing software products at retail environments
- Strong experience of deploying solutions at physical retail locations
- Has experience in growing, hiring, mentoring and working across global cross functional teams including product, design, technology, marketing, compliance, BD and sales
- Has built products from 0 to 1 and scaled them to multi-million-dollar product portfolios
- Has an impeccable understanding of data, metrics and follows data driven decisioning
- Can collaborate, build trust and navigate through teams and geographies to build products that delight our global customers
Salary
The annual base salary range is $151,745 $215,908 per year. This role is also eligible to receive short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
