Part Time Office Manager
Are you ready to manage a vibrant office environment part-time while still having time to enjoy life's other pursuits? CFS has teamed up with an esteemed local company seeking a skilled Office Manager to bring organization and energy to their office operations.
What You Will Do :
- Organize and Streamline : Keep the office running smoothly by managing tasks such as filing, generating impactful reports and presentations, and setting up productive meetings.
- Finance Management : Handle payroll through Paychex, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely property tax payments.
- Communication Hub : Serve as the first point of contact, screening calls and guiding callers to the right person with efficiency and charm.
- Financial Oversight : Make daily bank deposits, keeping the company's finances up-to-date and accurate.
What We Are Looking For :
- Experienced Candidates : You should have prior experience with Appfolio and Paychex, and a background in accounting.
- Detail-Oriented : Your attention to detail is unmatched; you're meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proactive Attitude : You're not just meeting expectations but exceeding them, creating positive experiences through your proactive nature.
