Social Worker
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need.
This is a remote position, which means you can work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of individuals and families and develop a plan of care
- Provide counseling and emotional support to clients
- Connect clients with community resources and services
- Advocate for clients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Valid Social Work license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience with telehealth technology
- Experience working with individuals and families in crisis
