Job Title : Training Development and Program Manager

Holiday Oil is a premier convenience store in Utah. This family-owned business has been around for 60 years with over 75 stores and is continuing to grow.
Job Purpose :
The Training Development and Program Manager will be responsible for creating and managing training content and programs, with a focus on operations excellence, customer services and leadership development within convenience store settings.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Program Development : Design and implement training programs for all business units, emphasizing C-store operations.
Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs
Content Creation : Develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and multimedia presentations.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is relevant and industry-specific
- Program Management : Oversee the execution of training initiatives, manage schedules, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement : Develop metrics to assess program effectiveness, collect feedback, and integrate innovative training approaches.
- Collaboration and Communication : Partner with district managers to support business objectives and conduct workshops and training sessions.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. Master's preferred.
- Experience : 5+ years in training content development, instructional design, or program management, preferably in retail or convenience store operations.
- Skills : Strong project management, instructional design methodologies, communication skills, and proficiency in e-learning tools.
Working Conditions :
- Occasional travel to store locations for training.
- Regular monitoring for MVR and ability to drive when needed.
- Must sign an NDA.
Physical Requirements :
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
