Position Location : 15529 College Blvd. Lenexa, KS 66219

Position Schedule : Monday through Friday from 9 : 00sm-6 : 00pm CST

Primary Responsibilities :

• Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member / patient data
• Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices as a liaison for the pharmacy team
• Communicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians and other healthcare providers
• Contact patients to complete refill assessments, request payment information, establish delivery details and set up treatment in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite and / or other outpatient facilities
• Access, input and retrieve prescription and medical / lab information from computer system
• Verify whether medication is reimbursable and resolve rejected claims
• Process prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapies
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is provided
• Able to multitask and channel communication from various business partners, driving patient centric quality care
• Follow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethics

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
