JOB OVERVIEW
The Coordinator, Retail is responsible for performing various administrative duties and working cross-functionally between retail and other departments to support a variety of projects within the Retail Department.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finance / Accounting
- Review and apply expense allocation and GL postings
- Manage asset account reviews and payment reallocation
- Manage tenant allowance package compiling
- Compile / code monthly travel expenses
- New Store Planning
- Maintain project trackers and checklists
- Establish accounts with service vendors
- Assist with pallet build
- Facilitate business license set-up and ongoing license maintenance
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree, preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in multiunit retail support
