As an Occupational Therapist, you will join the Industrial Rehabilitation team and play a crucial role in treating patients with orthopedic and / or traumatic brain injuries.
Your focus will be on functional rehabilitation and helping patients return to work. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
What youll be doing :
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic and / or traumatic brain injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on functional rehabilitation and return to work
- Educate patients on pain neuroscience and utilize motivational interviewing techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements :
- Current, unencumbered, active Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in orthopedic and / or traumatic brain injury treatment
- Strong focus on functional rehabilitation and return to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatment techniques
- Must be willing to work in-office in Maple Grove, MN
