Our client seeks a dynamic Healthcare Project Manager to join their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL . In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination :
- Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to accurately define and document project requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Client Relationship Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify opportunities to add value to client projects and exceed expectations through innovative solutions.
Contract Administration and Procurement :
- Prepare and administer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders in accordance with company policies.
- Manage the procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Quality Control and Compliance :
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing healthcare construction, including HIPAA, ADA, and NFPA requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
