About the Role

Raycon is currently seeking a talented and experienced Content Production Manager to the Raycon Creative Team in New York City.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Content Production Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of content creation initiatives across various channels, with a focus on direct-response advertisement and User-Generated Content .

This individual will lead a team of video editors and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging and impactful UGC that drives customer acquisition and conversion.

This role will report directly to our Creative Director. This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of our New York City Office.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation : Oversee and execute the production of UGC for paid social channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Content Planning : Lead the planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring alignment with campaign calendars, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of content creators, and video editors fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Resource Allocation : Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Quality Assurance : Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Raycon's brand voice, messaging, and values.
  • Performance Analysis : Track and analyze Meta performance metrics of UGC, providing qualitative insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and other departments to align content strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Vendor Management : Collaborate with external partners, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to augment content production capabilities and meet project requirements.

What You Can Do

  • 5+ years of experience in content production, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), and project management tools (Monday.com).
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects
  • Proven track record of managing content production workflows, teams, and projects from ideation to execution.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.

This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

NYC Base Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000 USD
