Billing Representative

Billing Representative Endurance Warranty Services is seeking a full-time Billing Representative to join our Department! The Billing Representative is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and payment procedures. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborating with customers, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
• Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines.
• Process prorated refunds.
• Handles various administrative and system tasks.
• May be asked assist with cancellations or contacts changes to contact information (addresses, phone, etc.).
• Handle inbound and / or outbound calls as needed.
• Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job;

therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

Performs other related duties, as assigned.

• Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
• Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of patient or customer information
• Effective computer skills to input to use bookkeeping and account management software in a timely and efficient manner
