Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The RN will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, utilizing the full nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Flexibility to float to the Emergency Department (ED) or Medical Surgical (MS) units as "helping hands" during low census is required.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with a patient ratio of up to 3 : 1.
- Monitor and manage ventilators, cardiac devices, IV medications, and sedation protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure continuous assessment and monitoring of patient conditions.
- Provide tele-monitoring for patients on the Medical Surgical floor when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of current ICU experience required.
Skills :
High proficiency in ventilator care, cardiac monitoring, and IV management of pressors, anti-arrhythmic agents, and sedation.
Flexibility :
Must be willing to float to ED and MS during low census periods.
Education : BSN preferred.
Certifications : Current NH RN license, BLS, and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
Travel Experience : Previous travel experience preferred.
