Your role at Sephora :

As an Assistant Marketing Manager on the Campaigns & Content team, you will support the development of strategic creative briefs and 360 communications plans for the Beauty Insider program.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Content (Beauty Insider + Payments), these plans / briefs will serve to drive customer loyalty-via acquisition, program engagement, and sales conversion-to keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. In addition, you will :

Partner with the Beauty Insider program's business team to synthesize business objectives, customer insights, calendaring, and other data to create and execute strategic marketing campaigns from brief to launchPartner with vehicle leads to support holistic marketing plans that will meet the campaign objectives, including :

Digital marketing (i.e. site, email, mobile messaging, paid media, social)Store marketing (fixtures, collateral, signage)Other offline tactics including direct mail

Partner with cross-functional Campaigns & Content team members to identify and execute holistic Loyalty offering to clientsPartner closely with program management and production teams to ensure all campaigns are executed on-timeDevelop and maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional partners across a highly matrixed organization.

Key cross-functional partners include Beauty Insider (business team), Program Management, Creative, and Vehicle Owners

1-3 years of marketing experience : agency, retail, or beauty industry experience requiredPassion for creativestrategy, creative development, and campaign executionOutstanding interpersonal skills : the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels across a variety of functionsHigh attention to detail in managing a range of projects, people, and initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to navigate ambiguity and distill into impactful actionsAptitude in compiling and presenting campaign ideas and recommendationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, omni-retail environmentThe annual base salary range for this position is $71,145.

  • 00 - $94,620.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position;
  • years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held;

other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job.
