job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSet up UPS (uninterruptible power supply) Perform product testing and operation of product. Be able to operate switchgears, switchboards, and load banks. Be able to open and close AC / DC circuit breakers. Customer interacting during FAT. Ensure all other assigned tasks are performed in a timely manner. Assist Test Engineer on a day-to-day task. Provide backup for Test Engineer as needed. Perform work related and in support to continuous improvement activities. Other duties as needed Experience with high voltage testing a major plus. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral, in English. Good computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Ability to use basic electronic test and measurement equipment, such as DVM’s, Digital Power meter, oscilloscopes in mid-level, and to correctly interpret the results. Ability to use basic hand tools (open wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, and wire cutters). Associate of Arts / Science in Electrical Engineering or Technology, with four (2) year’s comparable experience; Certificate of Completion from a Technical Trade Schoolyears in process of attaining and / or Advanced Military technical school, plus four (4) year’s comparable work experience. High School Degree / GED or equivalent required.

- Will work under the direction of the Manufacturing & Test Manager and collaborate with other Test Technicians to ensure standards are met.
