Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our office in Chicago.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or team members.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating office supplies, managing inventories, and liaising with vendors.
- Assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Supporting team projects and providing general office support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
