Job Description Job Introduction*During the trainee program "Graduate Specialist Program - Supply Chain" you will spend 24 months in various personally coordinated rotations.

This program is designed to transition you into a full-time role with HydraForce, a Bosch Company, after completion of the program in a challenging specialist or project role within Supply Chain.

Together, we lay the foundation for your successful career.*Responsibility*This is what you can expect : * *4 rotations* : one of which is at another Bosch facility in the US : You will gain in-depth insights into various areas of the logistics environment at Bosch Rexroth.

Possible positions include, for example, logistics planning, procurement, physical logistics, logistics controlling, etc.

• Challenging content : * You can expect exciting technical and project tasks with operational and strategic tasks - for example, the conception and implementation of digital solutions for logistics as well as the introduction of various software.
• Exclusive mentoring : * During the program, a mentor from the upper management circle will support you in your professional and personal development.

• Some experience (previous internship) within Supply Chain, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.* Proven ability to analyze problems, recommend and implement solutions.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
