Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for managing pricing projects and data management, in Motion Drive Products in the US, ensuring accurate data input to allow our systems to operate appropriately.

You will provide support to the Pricing and Quotations team to ensure that materials and quotations are efficiently and accurately input into our system to allow for proper order management. By enabling data-driven decision-making, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and ensuring seamless execution of our projects. You will be instrumental in evolving the organizations business execution to have reliable, efficient, and scalable processes.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

  • Ensure Custom Drive orders are coordinated cross-functionally for accurate and timely execution of deliverables
  • Create materials appropriate to Custom Drive orders that will allow proper BOM and subcontract setup is done systematically while monitoring and executing proper flow of one-time quote requests from customers and sales team
  • Track opportunities won, lost and pending to allow for optimized win / loss reporting
  • Engage in new system implementation projects to provide pricing input and feedback on process compliance and understanding
  • Coordinate proper governmental order procedures and policies for any sales to Federal, State, or Municipal entities, ensuring each project is properly managed and reviewed to ensure compliance to governmental rules and regulations
  • Monitor process compliance surrounding Pricing and Quotations Team activities in alignment with audit requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in transactional processes

Qualifications For The Role

  • High School Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination and management / pricing capacity. Preferred experience includes a Bachelor's degree and experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP (or other MRP), PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical skills being process-driven with the ability to creatively solve business problems independently
  • Highly organized with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
