As a Salaried Real Estate Agent at Team Edelstein, your role is to facilitate seamless transactions for our clients while leveraging our industry-leading resources.

Compensation : Base Salary PLUS Commission

Compensation :
$100,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :
- Attend new buyer appointments and interviews with the Team leader
- Assist buyers with questions about forms and processes
- Prepare and set up individual online search criteria - update and adjust as needed
- Review online search activity and schedule showings accordingly
- Act as the primary point of contact with all active buyers
- Email and Phone follow-up with clients, agents, and vendors
- Regularly communicate each buyer’s progress with the Team leader
- Schedule and attend showings with buyers as requested
- Attend inspections, walk-throughs, and closings with the buyers
- Prepare property comps for buyers
- Host open houses for the Team listings
- General Office Assistance during non-production time
- Perform all other tasks necessary to align with the company’s Mission, Vision, Business Principles and Core Values

- MN Real Estate Salesperson License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Flexible schedule
- Enthusiasm for Real Estate and a positive attitude
