A company is looking for a Sr Auditing Consultant to perform coding audits and provide educational services in the healthcare sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room coding auditsAnalyze audit results to identify patterns and areas for coder improvementMaintain confidentiality and adhere to federal and state guidelinesRequired QualificationsRHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS / P, or CPC certification3+ years of experience in coding and auditing, including various healthcare settingsKnowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding principlesExperience with reimbursement systems such as IPPPS, APC, and RBRVSProficiency in MS Office applications
