Construction Superintendent Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction experience, experience with, but not limited to : Self Storage, Healthcare, Tilt Up Industrial, and large Multifamily (150+ units)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
- Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong team building skills
- Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
- Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site, managing daily operations
