The purpose of this position is to provide personal care services in support of the client's health and safety in his or her home under the direction of a registered nurse responsible for the supervision of personal care services.

Requirements :

Preferred educational background is a high school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

Shifts hiring for :

Various days, overnight shifts. PRN as needed.

Shift Differentials for non-normal business hours

Responsibilities :

Provide care to clients following state and federal regulations, policies and procedures.

Report client's needs and concerns to the nurse manager

Must be able to complete physical tasks such as walking and standing for periods of time, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
