JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and manage projects that align with our new physical marketing channel's goals.
- Bridge the gap between technical and marketing teams for seamless campaign launches.
- Define project requirements and own sprint planning across technical teams.
- Provide timely progress updates to leadership and tackle data and analytics issues.
- Balance business needs against technical constraints to innovate within the marketing domain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience in technical program management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong ability to develop and execute product and technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in program management tools like JIRA or Asana.
